Replacement Policy

Due to the collectible nature of the products sold by Apollo, all sales are final and non-refundable on limited edition, timed edition, open edition, pre-order releases and sale items.

However if the item is damaged, defective or does not match its description we will offer a 30 day replacement period where we can exchange your print for a new copy if there is any remaining stock. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a replacement.

If your request is accepted, please contact us providing your name, order number and images within 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. We will cover all shipping costs for your replacement item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. We will only accept the replacement request from the person who purchased the item.
