What are drops? 

Drops our the latest additions to Apollo's catalog. These usually occur every 2-4 weeks containing multiple new releases. Please check out our blog for regular updates on the newest drop a day before they release.

 

Do you offer combined shipping on multiple orders? 

Apollo will combine shipping for multiple orders for a maximum of 2-3 full posters per tube. Please note, all combines will be up to our discretion.

 

Where is my order shipped from?

All prints are shipped directly from the UK worldwide unless stated otherwise.

 

Will I be charged any additional fees such as import duties?

Please be aware import duties may be applied to your order depending on your delivery location, it is the responsibility of the buyer to fulfil these potential fees.

 

Can I cancel or return my item?

All sales are final, we do not accept cancellations or returns on orders due to the collectible nature of the products sold by Apollo.

 

Will I receive shipping updates on my order?

Apollo will send out a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times may vary. Items that are released via a pre-order can usually take up to 3-5+ months for printing and delivery. If an item is already in stock we will aim to ship your order within 10 business days. For regular updates on shipping, please follow our shipping status page or our socials @apollodrops.

 

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item has arrived damaged and you are in need of a replacement please contact us at info@apollogallery.com within 10 working days of delivery.

 

What do I do if my tracking says “delivered” but I have not received my order?

Please check the status of your item via your tracking code first. If it indicates your order has been delivered but you do not have it in hand please check in with any neighbours of an allocated safe space. If there is no success contact us immediately at info@apollogallery.com and we will resolve your issue.

 

Are Apollo products officially licensed merchandise?

Yes! Releases are officially licensed when stated in the product description. Apollo also offers unique original art pieces and pop culture merchandise by talented illustrators from around the globe. We are not affiliated with any releases outside of our website. 

 

Can I purchase more than one of the same print?

Pre-order items are strictly limited to one copy per person in an attempt to eliminate aftermarket reselling and to give everyone a fair chance at securing a limited release. Orders will be automatically canceled if you purchase more than one copy and the quantity of the item will be adjusted. Items currently in stock can be purchased more than once.

 

If an item has sold out, will it be reprinted?

Due to the collectible nature of our releases, all our products are limited edition and we will not be reprinting any of our releases.
